It seems so simple. It is moments like this you wonder how we made it so complicated. It just doesn’t have to be difficult. I am sitting here, coffee in hand, looking out at the ocean as the new day begins. Nothing complicated about it. Yet it provides everything that one can want or need.
A moment in time to be. A moment to reflect on the simple majesty of nature. A chance to see if we can ease into the day and make it count…for the right reasons. Can we be there for our friends when it matters. Can we let go of old stuff now that the new dawn gives us the opportunity to begin again. Can we appreciate that the new day can be a replay. We can redefine what needs to be redefined. Unlock the door and walk out onto the beach.
Remember the dream. Remember the hopeful wish. Find it again today. Maybe it is that uncomplicated. Whatever the challenge may be today, know you are ready. It is your day.
