How does the day wind down for you. Is it a day that simply runs out or eases down or do you push it to the end of the end of it.
Today we pushed it. After the work of the day it was time to give the body its due. It was time to pay attention to our most important asset …our body. And by that address our soul and spirit.
Crossfit was something tonight. How many wall balls…110. Rowing,presses,squats, back extensions,and running…over and over and over.
The day wound down as the sweat dripped off. The shirt was soaked through.
The day evaporated with the shower washing the aches and pains away.
What a way to call it a day.
Don't let any of it slip away. Give it your all all day long. An ageless experiment.
