Personal best …every day

The words “personal best” stuck with me. We were at Crossfit and hit two personal bests. Back squat at 165 lb and snatch at 90 lbs. But the words stayed with me.
Why not in every effort go for your personal best. Test yourself. Challenge yourself. Push yourself.
Your life must be going on all cylinders. Fully loaded and stretching yourself. So today…don’t phone it in. Don’t settle. Don’t go for the C. Don’t stop short of the finish line. You see it all the time though…people just giving in or giving up.
Decide today to have a new motto…personal best.
Just do it for yourself. Because in the end this is your one chance to put it out there.
