Not being locked in place. Not being trapped in supposed preordained definitions. Not being stuck in place by someone else's opinion on how it is to play out.
Continue to redefine.There is no age. There is just you. There is no illness. There is just you. There is no disease. There is just you.
These things do not define you. You define you.
Crossfit was extreme. At what point are the hands thrown up and enough is shouted.
Only when you say it. Not when you think it is supposed to be but what you say it is.
