Crossfit is an amazing answer to a long lingering question. How to stay healthy, focused and strong no matter the age.
Exercise is vital, but Crossfit takes you to a different level. It is relentless in challenging you to push yourself beyond comfort. Beyond the zone of easygoing movements and into the zone of stretching you to a place you thought you couldn’t get to.
The timing of the workout. The repetitions. The weights. The constant movement from one set of efforts to another.
Whether from deadlifts to wall balls to pull ups to lunges…over and over until the sweat angel is guaranteed on the gym floor or some other combination, the body responds….if you let it and believe.
