The invisible weight. It is that weight that so many carry that can’t be seen by anyone else yet it is the heaviest weight of them all. You see it so often. A person just looks so worn out by constantly carrying some secret or regret or not living their truth. But once they put the weight down they look so much lighter and the smile, long ago lost, finds its way back home.
Can you finally put it down. Can you finally unburden yourself. Can you finally say that it is just fine to be exactly who you want to be. All of a sudden your shoulders no longer ache from holding that weight. You look in the mirror and remember who you are. The stress and strain of the weight is removed and you can run free again.
The weight only holds you down and back. Maybe it had some purpose at some time in the past. But no longer. Today, set it down and move forward.
