A fresh start

Isn’t it time to call a halt to the nonsense. You know the nonsense.
Arguing just to argue. Disagreeing just to disagree. Watching really bad TV. Spending money on unhealthy food. Not being true to yourself.
And the list goes on and on.
Isn’t it time to embrace the common sense. The kindness that we all want in our lives. The beauty of nature. A simple walk down a garden path or the beach or a mountain trail.
Isn’t it time to say you are sorry for an old misunderstanding. Isn’t it time to accept the apology from another.
Isn’t it just tiring to hold a grudge. Who does it hurt anyway.
So it is time…to begin fresh.
