Time. What a trickster. It takes on a life of its own. It is this bucking horse rising in the air, twisting and turning , hitting the ground and rising again. You think you got a grip on it but it is all an illusion. You don’t and you never did.
So what to do with it then. You end up standing in awe of time. You never really even knew it well. It just kept running as you plan events. I sometimes think that one day it will be discovered that time itself is a living form of energy just waiting to be discovered .
Today I got the most heartfelt email about time, loss, remembrance and love. It captured the connection between us all. It spoke about a loving pet, a loss and the gift we all share. The gift of time together. Just appreciate the time together. That is all there is. We throw it around like some confetti but it is so much more.
Just think about it. Before you start to fill the day with stuff, think about the day itself and be grateful for one more day with those who matter.
