January 15: Are we the sum of the choices we make or do we have the ability to re-create.
I have often thought that each day we are faced with big and small moral and ethical choices and what we decide makes its mark on the direction of our lives. You can see it on the faces of so many people. The look in the eye. The weight of the choices.
As we get older some may feel that we are locked into those choices and can not break away.
But each day is new. Each day can be a rebirth.
Ageless living can free you up to not being a prisoner of those choices. I know amazing people that have made such decisions.
A year earlier their life was locked in one direction and then…refusing to give in to any time restriction they took life in a new direction.
It can be small steps at first.
But at any age.
Learning, growing,moving, changing knows no age.
