Do you believe. Do you have faith. Do you understand the magic all around. The grand illusion of it all.
Just existing in and of itself is amazing. The odds of it all are mind boggling. And it is gone in the blink of an eye. Imagine that.
So don’t fret. Don’t give in or give up. Understand that the gift was meant to be fragile. Meant to be easily torn and shattered. Only when that reality sets in can you appreciate and be grateful for this frail, fractured, impossible moment in time and space.
There are guardians. There are healers. There are guides. We walk among them. Don’t get lost in the noise and chatter of nonsense. Seek the guardians. Seek the healers. Seek the guides. They are within arm’s reach.
Someone said that In These Five Breaths is about death. It is about life and the secret to making it count until the very last breath. Be the guardian. Be the healer. Be the guide. Just be.
