January 26:We will never understand the twists and turns in our lives that brought us to any one particular moment in our lives.
When you look at the fabric of our life, the threads that make it and us up, you will never untwine the moments, people,events,going right instead of left at a corner, deciding to connect with someone or not,saying the exact right or wrong thing at the exact right or wrong moment that then places you in the position at the moment when you are confronting a critical issue and must decide what to do and how to do it.
Oh you can reflect,discuss, try to understand but you can not go back because too many intersections have been navigated and too many people,places, things have criss crossed to be able to truly unwind.
So, what to do then at the moment of decision.
Living in the now is the only answer. Not fighting the current ,wind or landscape. You can not control the wind. Trying is foolish and such a massive waste of energy.
So, you accept and determine how best to deal with the now without recrimination,regret or anger.
You let go and move on.
The Ageless Experiment permits you to say here and now is where I am and here and now is when I am living. So live it with the positive power,undrained by past twists and turns that didn't quite work out, and welcome the now into your life.
