There he was. Standing in the doorway. His world encompassed nothing more than what was eye level right in front of him and the sounds in the air. There was the carpet, the furniture, the sound from the stereo…he kind of moved up and down and swayed back and forth to the music…and his best friends…his mom and dad.
So gentle. So pure in purpose. A gentle new soul..or maybe an old soul in a new being.
But there he stood. Accepting. Loving. There was no agenda. No plan. No strategy. No nothing but just being present right there at that right moment wanting to hang out with his best friends or, at least, know his best friends were close by. Safe.
That is all any of us can ask for. We just see it so easily in a loving little child.
The longing for a friend without any agenda, plan, or strategy.
Look into a child's eyes and find yourself. A simple swaying to the music
An ageless experiment.
