Just too busy is the usual response. Just too busy to take care of myself. To work out for a half hour or an hour. I mean I am just too busy. Let's see …there is work. Sleeping. Eating. Entertainment. Chores. Favorite show. Name it and we have all heard the excuse. Too busy. No time.
It is total nonsense. And you know it. What is it then. Why. Why not. So strange.
Yet it is the common statement that is heard.
But what is more important than your health. Your well being. Please I would love to hear the excuses. I have made them myself…but no more.
Fight the inertia to do nothing and keep doing nothing.
I don't know how it happened but it did today.
I was cleaning my motorcycle and did something unusual in how I was sitting on it and leaning on it with the kickstand up and it started to go to the right. It was getting ready to lay down but it got caught on an object that kept the beautiful black pipe from hitting the ground but …it weights close to 700 lbs…and I got under it and got it back upright on its kickstand.
Ok. You say ..so. Well it was close to 700 lbs and I angled it back up. Alone.
This is the consequence of exercise in the daily world and accidents in life.
It gives you confidence that it can be done and strength in will and body to accomplish it.
Maybe it could have been done anyway but I like to think otherwise.
It was an ageless experiment in action.
